We are the most field-experienced dryer retube company in the United States on both torus ring dryers or steam chest manifold dryers. Experience matters when it comes to safety and equipment downtime.
These photos illustrate just one aspect of what we are capable of accomplishing - we often have to rebuild a torus ring in the field using just the center manifold. To maintain the highest quality of repairs, we perform a hydro-test on the torus ring to test the welds before we cut out the holes for the tubes. This also allows us to give the longest warranty in the industry.
Specially machined parts are brought in and assembled on site to ensure precision fit with your existing equipment. Using meticulous planning and tight time lines we help minimize downtime and maximize efficiency during the retube.
