“I worked with Rod (Bryant) and Tony (Girard) in 2009 on one of our dryer projects. Replacing a tire and installing new rollers. They completed the job on time with no safety issues and very high quality. Keep in mind I had to pull them off the project to help me on unplanned breakdown and they still delivered the project on time. On another note, they did a re-tube job for one of our sister plants and the maintenance manager was pleased with their performance. Currently they are one of the vendors I am considering for another big project in my
plant.”

“I am writing you in regards to Quality Kiln and Dryer as a reference to the quality and efficiency of their work. I rarely give references, but in this case I highly recommend them for their experience, leadership and capability
to start on time and complete their projects on time at budget or below our budget when possible. In 2008 QKD came in with the bid to re-tube my 9’-6” x 65” Stearns Roger rotary steam tube dryer after removing tubes they found
several other problems and with their resources were able to get need parts in a timely manner and still completed the job on time and on budget. In 2009 QKD received the re-tube job on our 12’-10” x 86’-6” Raytheon rotary steam
tube dryer and also came in on time and on budget.

I have recommended them to our other plants in Illinois and Indiana and they did receive work there with no complaints. I have known Tony Girard since 1995, when he came into the Decatur plant to help us fix the run
out problem on the four Raytheon dryers and has been one of the top trouble shoots we rely on at this plant. Rod and Tony are a full service company and have proved themselves with me time after time from rebuilds to grinding tires
